Located in the heart of the city, this hotel boasts a strategic location, making it convenient for exploring the vibrant surroundings. the spacious rooms offer a comfortable stay and the bathrooms are large and clean. the friendly staff provide good service and the buffet breakfast is satisfactory. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and there is a strong mobile phone signal throughout the hotel.

The hotel facilities are poorly maintained.

We stayed next to Tagbilat Falls and could visit plaza pershing. The breakfasts is FREE with a wide array of food. Enjoyable 3-star experience.

the location was also great, as we were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. the pool area was clean and well-maintained.

The room we were assigned lacked proper ventilation, making it a bit stuffy and uncomfortable. We also had some issues with the water pressure in the shower, which was disappointing.

Liked the location and staff are accommodating. The breakfast has a variety of options to choose from. One advantage is the transportation provided to and from the hotel.

Disliked the poor facilities such as smelly water, low water pressure, old room fixtures and broken windows. The unstable wifi connection is also a downside.
